Wrico Stamping of Texas operates out of a 60,000 square foot facility in Grapevine, Texas and ships finished parts to customers in the United States.
 
Some of the highlights of our facility –
CAD/CAM
The Wrico Texas CAD department uses current software design tools such as AutoCAD®, SolidWorks®, and Pro/E® to bring your parts from concept to production. Our engineers have many years of experience in assisting customers with their part designs and making sure they're produced in the most cost effective means possible.
Tool Making
The Wrico Texas toolroom is equipped with the latest CNC machines to quickly and precisely translate tool designs into production.
  
Punch Presses
Wrico Texas has 33 presses ranging in size from 25 to 400 ton to handle any metal stamping need.
  
Laser Cutting and FMS Capability
Wrico Texas has a Mazak Super Turbo flat bed laser cutter. This gives us the ability to produce prototype parts very quickly from your CAD drawing as well as the final production parts that you require. In conjunction with the laser we have a FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) that contributes to the efficiency of the process by automatically delivering the required material to the laser as needed.
 
Metal Fabrication
Wrico Texas has press brake, turret, and welding capability to meet your advanced metal forming requirements.
