 Wrico Stamping of Wisconsin operates out of a 61,400 square foot facility in Menomonee Falls (Milwaukee) Wisconsin and ships finished parts to customers in the United States.
Some of the highlights of our facility -
CAD/CAM
The CAD department uses current software design tools such as AutoCAD®, SolidWorks®, and Pro/E® to bring your parts from concept to production.
Tool Making
The Wrico Wisconsin toolroom is equipped with the latest CNC machines to quickly and precisely translate tool designs into production.
  
Punch Presses
Wrico Wisconsin has 54 presses ranging in size from 10 to 250 tons to handle any metal stamping need.
  
 Laser Cutting and FMS Capability
Wrico Wisconsin has two Mazak Super Turbo flat bed laser cutters. This gives us the ability to produce prototype parts very quickly from your CAD drawing as well as the final production parts that you require.
 The FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) contributes to the efficiency of the process by automatically delivering the required material to the flat bed laser as needed.
Metal Fabrication
Wrico Wisconsin has three press brakes and various welding equipment to perform more advanced forming and fabrication of your parts.
   
 Other Services
Wrico Wisconsin can perform other services such as PEM setting, staking, fastening, plating, and painting.
