 Wrico Stamping of North Carolina operates out of a 60,000 square foot facility in Pineville (Charlotte) North Carolina and ships finished parts to customers in the United States.
Some of the highlights of our facility –
CAD/CAM
The Wrico North Carolina CAD department uses current software design tools such as AutoCAD®, SolidWorks®, and Pro/E® to bring your parts from concept to production. Our engineers have many years of experience in assisting customers with their part designs and making sure they're produced in the most cost effective means possible.
Tool Making
The Wrico North Carolina toolroom is equipped with the latest CNC machines to quickly and precisely translate tool designs into production.
  
Punch Presses
Wrico North Carolina has 39 presses ranging in size from 22 to 400 ton to handle any metal stamping need.
   
Laser Cutting and FMS Capability
Wrico North Carolina has a Mazak Super Turbo flat bed laser cutter. This gives us the ability to produce prototype parts very quickly from your CAD drawing as well as the final production parts that you require.
Metal Fabrication
Wrico North Carolina has three brake presses and various welding equipment to perform more advanced forming and fabrication of your parts.
