 Wrico Stamping of Minnesota operates out of a 94,000 square foot facility in Plymouth MN and ships finished parts to customers in the United States and Canada.
Some of the highlights of our facility -
CAD/CAM
The CAD department uses current software design tools such as AutoCAD®, SolidWorks®, and Pro/E® to bring your parts from concept to production. Our engineers have over 50 years of combined experience in assisting customers with their part designs and making sure they're produced in the most cost effective means possible.
  
Tool Making
The Wrico Minnesota toolroom is equipped with the latest CNC machines to quickly and precisely translate tool designs into production.
 
 APT 250 Ton Hydraulic Press
Wrico Minnesota has two APT Hydraulic presses that can be programmed with variable speed stroke and cushion movement. Controlling the force and speed during the entire press cycle produces the ability to create exceptional deep draw parts.
Laser Cutting and FMS Capability
Wrico Minnesota has two Mazak Super Turbo flat bed laser cutters (2000 and 2500 watt) and two Mazak SpaceGear 5 axis laser cutters (2500 and 4000 watt). This gives us the ability to produce prototype parts very quickly from your CAD drawing as well as the final production parts that you require.
  
 The FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) contributes to the efficiency of the process by automatically delivering the required material to the flat bed lasers as needed.
Metal Forming and Fabrication
Wrico Minnesota has four brake presses and one Amada-Fanuc turret.
